If you’re anything like me you have found yourself squishing the velvet yarn at your local craft store and wondering what you could possibly make with it.

While searching for these patterns I found that there are many more velvet crochet patterns out there than there are knitting patterns. I think part of that reason could be that knitting with velvet yarn poses a little more of a challenge.
